How Nexi pricing works
Nexi uses blended pricing: interchange, scheme fees and the acquirer's margin are combined in one percentage. This is easy to read but makes the underlying cost impossible to verify. XPay Easy is 1.30% + €0.35, while XPay Pro is 1.20% + €0.25.
Blended pricing versus IC++
With IC++, the real interchange and scheme fees are passed through and the provider markup is explicit. On €10,000 monthly volume, Nexi at 1.89% costs €189 before extras; RoxPay is approximately €65-€115, depending on the cards used.
